Aliyun's shared broadband and elastic EIP is what I understand. Elastic EIP, I see, also has the one based on time charging, which I saw in the forum posts that said that the elastic IP does not charge when it is unbound to an ECS, but charges according to the amount of traffic when it is bound to an ECS. The price for 0.8 yuan per GB. And the shared broadband and elastic EIP can both be opened with CDT billing, CDT has monthly 20 GB of domestic traffic, exceeding which costs 0.8 yuan per GB. Another question is, I saw in the forum posts that if the elastic IP is attacked, there will be no cost, while the traffic fee would apply if you use the shared broadband. It seems like the reason for this is because they charge based on inbound/outbound flow. Could someone please help me answer this question!
