Adobe region price hiked. How to buy at best now?

Previously, in the Edu Zone of Turkey, it was 2500 Liras. Now it's 10500 Liras. It's too expensive.

How can I get this at a better price? Don't use MJJ's subscription which is from an unknown source. Before, I bought it, it was a trial subscription for three days and two nights, then they said that you can't use it anymore. So you have to change it. When you want to use it again, it disappears and when you don't want to use it, it keeps renewing your subscription.
