It was eaten at 8 am, I had planned to start at about 3 pm but then I went out for a bit and it wasn't until around 3 pm that the fight started. The effect was really good. If you ate an hour earlier than originally planned, I doubt it would have worked. I kept on pushing hard, probably around 20 minutes. Eventually, my body couldn't keep up anymore so I found some sensitive points and ended it. In summary, taking medicine is definitely effective, but you also need your body to match up. Exercise! |
