In response to being responsible for providing stable business to customers; DMIT has decided to progressively terminate this portion of subscription based on TOS.

DMI always provides high-value products within the client's capabilities, including but not limited to regularly upgrading hardware, maintaining pricing at an acceptable level when costs do not significantly increase. This decision is made after careful consideration of commercial considerations.

Given this, we have decided to close the HKG EB (excluding v2) series product. Your HKG EB (excluding v2) services will cease by November 20th, 2024.

Please adjust your business as soon as possible before November 20th, 2024 and back up your data to avoid unnecessary losses.

The remaining value of the service for the HKG EB (excluding v2) series product exceeds the refund due to the expiration date beyond November 20th, 2024 according to the calculation of the remaining value (not exceeding can be used until November 20th, 2024), and compensates the service renewal price by 10% of DMIT credit added to your DMIT account.
