How many people speak English here?

I'm curious how many people here speak English. I've seen lots of Chinese slang that Google Translate can't handle, and some really clever phrases, like jokes and tags.  What did you think when you saw things like "chicken ur so beautiful" or "I want to C"?
I find English forums easier to navigate because there aren't as many extreme memes.  Take "peanut butter" for example - I didn't get it for ages!  Even after Googling, I'm still not sure why it's so funny.  Can anyone explain?
