Ask for help with Cera server issues on the panel.

I haven't used Cera before, but recently I set up a server with CeraNetworks. The problems I've been facing include the panel restarting after server restarts and the inability to automatically backup scheduled tasks. After checking with the official support team, we couldn't find any issues. I have tried reinstalling Debian multiple times, including 11 and 12, and still encounter these issues. Are these normal? Does it mean that our machines have been restricted in some way by hardware? Or is there another reason? Thank you for your reply.
