Six months ago, my father bought a lot of toilet paper on Tmall, which was delayed in shipment. When he got it, he found that the roll of toilet paper was too small to go to the bathroom once. Then I took his phone and complained on Tmall. The result? The seller's store is gone and there's no way to get a refund. It took less than half a month from order to delivery. Is this how many sellers who sell fake goods do business on Tmall? Are they not being monitored? |
