I tested it on https://www.browserscan.net/zh/ using Brave browser, the visitor ID changes each time I open it; when I use Tor browser to access, the visitor ID remains unchanged. Tor is ranked first among privacy browsers and shouldn't that be the case? Is my method wrong?
