I need the IP location to be Dubai, please. Use it for now, and I don't care about the firewall, as long as the traffic is within 100GB per month.

My only Oracle Tokyo node is upgraded, providing ARM created Reality nodes, because of concern about being charged, the monthly traffic limit is set at 4TB.
