Recently, I have been hearing my children complain about the smell of my breath. Initially, I didn't pay much attention to it and gradually noticed it myself this year. In April, I started using mouthwash, which may be due to its fresh taste, so I felt that my breath was getting cleaner. Yesterday, I went for dental check-up and the dentist said that my tooth tartar is very severe. He advised me to get a teeth cleaning. From conversation, I found out that tartar causes bad breath. If you clean your teeth after that, if the odor doesn't go away, then maybe there's something wrong with your intestines or digestive system. I don't care about that now. Today I am going to get my teeth cleaned. The process was really tough. I am considered as someone who can withstand pain but the instrument entering into the gum is really painful. |
