Refund policy

19.1 Full refund (excluding transaction fees charged by the payment gateway):

19.2 Partial refund (excluding transaction fees charged by the payment gateway):

19.2.1 According to the following rules and paragraph 19.3, partial refunds can be made according to the following rules:
The service period is less than 30 days;
The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual payment amount. If the value of the service used through transfer calculation is higher than the remaining transfer amount, the refund amount will be based on the remaining transfer amount, otherwise, based on the remaining service time;
19.3 Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

19.3.1 We will not issue a refund to the payment gateway in the following cases:
