Why isn't Google removing ad-blocker extensions from its store? My resource site users frequently use them.

Why doesn't Google remove the ad plugins from its store? My users are all goads for ads. I thought they would be satisfied with 5%. I ran a js statistics and found that over 20% of my users have opened the ad plugins. They can't ask these users to leave, as their stay time is too short or they won't come in and affect my ranking. Because of these ad plugins, my monthly income will decrease by 80%. It's really frustrating.
