1. **Account Registration**
- For users in mainland China, direct registration will show a maintenance message. Therefore, a proxy is necessary. If you have a personal VPN, use it; otherwise, I recommend visiting [this online proxy site](https://www.lumiproxy.com/zh-hans/online-proxy/proxysite/) and input `https://www.serv00.com/offer/create_new_account`. Choose any node—I used the Japan node.
