Issues: Unable to power on, VNC inaccessible.
Contacted support this morning, awaiting their response.
Recall last time when I reported a server crash, the support team promptly reinstalled the OS without discussion.
They even claimed the issue was resolved confidently.
Unfortunately, I had no backups of my scripts and such, causing distress.
Hope they don't automatically reinstall this time. |
