Solution
1. Set the LoginGraceTime parameter in [/etc/ssh/sshd_config] to 60

Warning
Setting the LoginGraceTime parameter to a small number will significantly reduce the risk of successful brute force attacks on an SSH server. It also limits the number of unauthenticated connections that can be concurrently made.
