Bangladesh is where 17 million young people can't find jobs and then they riot.
All the street starts with young people.

Domestic birth control, fewer young people, although there's aging population without the benefit of demographic dividend.

But it's better than going out in the streets.

The elderly don't have much effect, once they're old, they just let them go, not cause any waves.

If you don't have young people, you'll solve the root of instability problems by simply having none.
