Recently looking for home broadband VPS, I found one called AaIT at https://www.aait.io. They claim to "all hardware are hosted in the real residential environment." Currently they have four products on sale: static residential IP server (starting product), dynamic residential IP server, residential IP proxy, and static residential IP box. They will also have Starlink products later. They currently support two ISP providers in California: AT&T and Frontier. The prices are as follows:
