It's not concise, the home page displays a bunch of icon-like heads, large and small sections mixed up, feeling too flashy and UI is complex, functions are scattered and useless. As a technology site, it should be simple and clear to understand at a glance. Just like writing code, don't write complicated code for one function that can be realized with a few lines.
